Return & Refund Policy
At Regalo de Ti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and refund process to make your experience as effortless as possible!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or refund anymore.
All returns and refund requests must be made through our customer service team via customercare@regalodeti.com or you can send SMS at (888) 365-6288.
RETURN POLICY
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for any personalized item. What we can do is to send a replacement if the item meets these conditions:
- The item you receive is significantly different from the description or sample shown on our product listing.
- The item is damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier
- The item you receive is not what you ordered
We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because of buyer's remorse.
Damaged or Defective Item
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email our support team. Include your name, order number, photo of the item you received and a photo of the shipping label for faster resolution.
We will send a replacement if the wrong item received, or there's a mistake with the personalization/customization. Just provide us a photo of the wrong item or mistake as proof. There's no need for you to return the item in question, you may dispose or keep it as you wish.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that a refund for a return item is subject to a 30% restocking fee. You are also responsible to pay for the return shipping fee.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or different item of the same or higher value, send us an email at customercare@regalodeti.com and we will send you instruction on how to go about it.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product using the return label provided by us to: Regalo de Ti, 3650 Research Way Ste. 23, NV 89706 in order for a refund to be issued.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
