Cancellation & Modification

You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours window after placing your order. After the 2 hour window has passed, the order is sent to processing and cannot be cancelled or modified anymore.

Any personalize order cannot be modified. The design file is locked as soon as you complete the order. We also cannot make any changes to the shipping details. Please make sure to double-check all details before you check out.

If you’d like to cancel or make any changes to your order, please email us at customercare@regalodeti.com Please put the email subject Cancel or Modify followed by the order number.

Please be informed that we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order in a timely manner since it will take us much longer time to make changes to your design per your request.
